FINNCONT
Versatile solutions
Finncont’s solutions are used in a wide range of applications – from the transportation of hazardous chemicals and the handling of industrial liquids to the needs of the food industry, including chocolate manufacturing. Finncont products are also widely used in residential housing companies and commercial properties, where the company provides solutions such as recycling containers and grit bins.
Marking solutions as part of product quality
ProID Solutions supplies Finncont with marking products that support product identification, safety and long-term use.
The deliveries include, among other products, coloured aluminium nameplates and stainless steel nameplates. The nameplates are laser engraved with dimensions, technical specifications and other product-specific information for tanks, containers and other products according to the customer’s requirements.
Long-term partnership
Finncont and Lasermark have worked together for decades. In January 2026, this long-standing customer relationship continued under ProID Solutions following the acquisition of Lasermark.
The long-term partnership is built on trust, smooth cooperation and a mutual understanding of the requirements of industrial production. Over the years, we have been able to respond to Finncont’s changing needs and develop solutions accordingly. The successful cooperation continues.
“We have had the pleasure of working with ProID for decades. Communication is smooth, and reliable, high-quality and fast deliveries make a significant contribution to keeping our production running efficiently.”

Solutions for the Circular Economy
and Industrial Needs
Finncont designs and manufactures
recycling, container and fuel solutions for industrial logistics, production
processes and circular economy applications. As a specialist in the circular
economy, the company’s operations are guided by responsibility, safety and long
product lifecycles.
At the heart of Finncont’s operations is Continuity – a commitment that extends from products and personnel training to reducing the company’s carbon footprint.
Finncont’s history dates back to the 1940s, when the company manufactured paint and metal packaging. In the 1970s, operations expanded to Virrat, where the first liquid containers were produced and the Finncont name was established. During the 1980s, Finncont expanded into international markets, and rotationally moulded products became part of its product portfolio. These products remain an important part of the company’s business today.
In the 2020s, the product range has continued to grow, while the importance of the circular economy in Finncont’s operations has strengthened further.
